System Status

❗️Important: Phase 2 of the trial site cleanup is in its final stage. Removal will begin in 3 days. Partner-level trial sites that are older than 2 years and have never been activated will be permanently deleted. To avoid losing important projects, please review your workspace and mark required sites as Templates in the WebinOne Portal. Sites marked as Templates are excluded from cleanup.

v7.8 RELEASE: We’ll be updating all v7.7 trial sites and the WebinOne Portal within the next 24 hours. We expect a short Portal/Admin downtime (~10 minutes), but all websites will remain live and visible. Live sites will be updated next week. Please note: this release includes important changes related to FTP access and configuration. These changes have already been reflected in the documentation and will take effect after the release. During the maintenance window related to this update, FTP access may be temporarily unavailable.

FTP documentation has now been updated to align with the upcoming v7.8 release. FTP Hostnames for all data centers are consolidating to a single address: https://docs.webinone.com/site-settings-and-management/ftp-access

v6.11 UPDATE: We will be updating all live sites running version 6.11 within the next 24 hours. This update includes a fix related to upgrading sites to version 7. We expect a short Admin downtime (~10 minutes).
